Introduction
LC-GO is a small mobile clinic that brings routine healthcare to patients in Seoul. The vehicle becomes a temporary medical room, so patients can skip the hospital queue.
Context
Seoul is crowded, and so are its hospitals. Many routine checks, like blood tests, don’t need a hospital room, but patients still have to go and wait.
Idea
What if the check came to the patient? LC-GO is a compact vehicle that works as a mobile clinic. It makes routine care easier and encourages more frequent health checks.

There are two height-adjustable armrests on each side to allow the patient to find his favorite position.
Test tubes can be stored at appropriate temperature in the fridges.
The app
The app is the patient’s first and last contact with LC-GO. It starts from the doctor’s document, follows the vehicle to the door and keeps the results in one place.
Arrival comes first. The home screen shows the next visit and the arrival time. That is what the patient wants to know.
Everything in one place. Reservations, report status, reschedule and cancel live in the visit details.
Know who is coming. The operator’s name, role and contact are visible before the visit, because someone is about to meet a patient.
